Our newly-introduced Career Library, created with CIPD members in mind, give you a clear, structured route into key roles within the profession. You’ll get easy access to curated resources, practical insights, and essential knowledge - all in one place - so you can perform effectively and take the next step when you’re ready.
Our first two areas in the library support members who want to develop the skills and understanding needed to work as an HR Business Partner or a Learning Advisor.
Each area in the library includes clear steps and curated resources to guide you. By engaging with the library content, you’ll gain a better understanding of what’s involved in those roles and get you one step closer to your professional goals.
