CIPD Mid West Region hosted a webinar in our regions series of virtual events on the topic 'Owning Your Own Success' in celebration of International Women’s Day.

We heard from our panel of speakers sharing their experiences of how they have progressed in their careers and what obstacles they encountered. We explored what led to them to take responsibility for their own careers, how their self-empowerment came from within and changing how you think and act can support achieving your own goals.
