Youth Unemployment: call for evidence

The CIPD has responded to the House of Lords Youth Unemployment Committee inquiry looking at how to create and protect jobs for young people. In our response, we focus on the role of the people profession in supporting young people to build the skills they need for future work, the importance of careers advice and guidance, and our policy proposals to reform the apprenticeship levy.
