If you need to make a complaint about a CIPD member, please refer to our Code of Conduct and Ethics procedures.
We’ll get back to you within one working day, but some complaints may require further investigation. We aim to resolve all complaints within 15 working days or less.

All of our members – regardless of grade, role or specialism – must uphold the obligations of the Code. We encourage our members and our wider community to review the code and use it to reflect on their practice.
