The report, Chain reaction: Making recruitment supply chains work, was published by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) in collaboration with the CIPD and the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. The research surveyed 272 employers about their use of preferred supplier lists, recruitment process outsourcing, and vendor neutral and master vendor models.

Chain Reaction is an REC response to the shift in the way many employers recruit staff. Poor recruitment is costly and can have an impact on an organisation’s bottom line. This report looks at the different models adopted by companies, and the benefits and drawbacks of each.
