Am I eligible?

You could be eligible if you are currently one of the following:

  • a Chartered Member
  • an Associate Member who successfully completed the CIPD Advanced Diploma (or its past equivalent)
  • an Associate Member who successfully completed a CIPD accredited Postgraduate Diploma/Masters degree from a recognised university approved by CIPD.

Am I ready?

You’ll also need to demonstrate at least two years of experience working at Chartered Fellow level, assessed against our Chartered Fellow standards.
