Our report, The view from below: What employees really think about their CEO’s pay packet, builds on CIPD research findings gathered during 2014 and 2015 exploring executive pay and employees' views on executive pay. It also includes data, from a YouGov survey commissioned by the CIPD, of employees' views on a range of practical suggestions to better link CEO pay to their employees and their organisations success.
