The CIPD has announced a full programme of influential HR leaders and inspirational speakers for its annual conference in Ireland, taking place on 15 May 2025 at the RDS, Dublin.

Over 500 HR, L&D and OD professionals from Ireland and across the globe will get together to explore the key challenges and opportunities shaping the world of work – and the people profession’s role in delivering organisational performance, impact and long-term success.

Our MC, renowned broadcaster Colette Fitzpatrick, will guide us through a day of insightful discussions, expert panels and interactive sessions.

"We are really looking forward to bringing the people profession together to learn from inspiring speakers and each other on how the profession can deliver organisational performance through people."
