About this event

Explore neuroinclusive workplaces with practical insights and strategies to foster belonging, collaboration and innovation.

The South East CIPD Committee invite you to join us for our panel discussion in Mount Congreve, centred around neuro-inclusion in todays workplace.

The early part of the session will include a case study with Paula Kelly, HR Director from Sun Life and Amanda Fox from Autastic to speak about their partnership involving Neuroinclusion policy creation, sensory map and sensory room development.

As part of the panel discussion thereafter, attendees will gain insight into embracing neuro-diverse talent, challenges and practical supports from an employer perspective.

Amanda Fox is a Neurodivergent Professional who has the qualified, clinical and lived experience. With a background in Psychology and after many years supporting Neurodivergent individuals and their families, Amanda now also supports organisations to be Neuroinclusive. The WHO states that 15-20% of the world population is diagnosed as Neurodivergent, however, clinical practice suggests that without barriers to assessments, the figure is likely to be closer to 50%. Autistic bridges performance gaps and enhances employee retention by implementing neuroinclusion strategies that enhance productivity, compliance, and well-being.
