A CIPD accredited university programme is a university named award, such as a degree or a masters, that is aligned to the Profession Map and accredited by us for a membership outcome.
No two CIPD accredited university programmes will be the same, they’ll be made up of lots of different modules and content covering a wide range of HR, L&D and business-related topics, and even the modules that align to the Profession Map will be unique to each university that offers it.
A CIPD accredited university programme is aligned to the Profession Map and maps to the core knowledge and core behaviour standards for a level of membership. That means, when you choose to study a CIPD accredited university programme as part of your degree, you’re choosing to align yourself to the international standard for the people profession.
