While organisations in Britain with 250 or more employees will be used to publishing their gender pay gap data, more will be required from 2027. The Employment Rights Act 2025 has introduced a new requirement for those same organisations to publish gender equality action plan(s). These plans must show how the employer is taking action to address gender pay gaps and providing support to employees experiencing menopause.
