Extroverts and introverts both have a key role to play in building a cohesive, effective workforce. There are many misconceptions surrounding the two traits, particularly introversion. This article argues that introverts make a positive impact in the workplace and can be just as effective, if not more, than their louder, more gregarious counterparts.
