Flexible working can help increase employee engagement, job satisfaction and wellbeing across an organisation.

Although these are postive factors for flexible working, research we carried out found that 46% of employees do not have flexible working conditions in their current role. At the CIPD, we believe that flexible working should be the norm, not the exception.
