In this article, the author discusses the challenges around algorithmic decision-making and proposes a seven-step roadmap for using these algorithms responsibly. Although the research is based on service companies, the roadmap is useful for HR practitioners who are thinking of implementing (or reviewing existing) algorithmic decision-making in their HR processes.
