Organisational change - give it space to happen

This new research looks at the relationship between the availability of resources and the success of strategic change initiatives. It finds that while withdrawal of resources can make individuals feel neglected and disempowered, it could also provide space for experimentation and implementation of change without being overly scrutinised.
